Yellow carrot

Carrots are known for their high content of nutrients, especially those that are good for the eyes.
This also applies to yellow carrots, which are rich in one of these substances: lutein.
The root vegetable that grows underground is also popular for its flavour: slightly sweet, slightly less than the purple variety.
Carrots have a bright yellow colour and a crunchy bite.
