Carambola

Carambola is a particular fruit, known by the name of star fruit due to the characteristic star shape that the slices take once cut!
It is often used to decorate cakes and cocktails but you can also use it as a juice for exotic drinks: it has a high concentration of vitamin C.
The starfruit can be eaten whole, including peel and seeds.

STORAGE: Recommended temperature between 7 and 10° C.
